DAY 11: 09.02.2020
Today I am thankful for this BEAST! Nah, I am just kidding; I really do love her. For those who are not caught up and know who this is - Meet Khole Grace. Yes, with a "K". We gotta stick with the "K' theme here just like we do our "T's". She is known as the beast because she won't leave my plants alone, she claws at my couch, and she constantly attacks everyone's feet as they walk. We constantly hear in our house, "Ah! Khloe! Quit it!"
For years, the girls and I have wanted a cat, but Abba is allergic. I tried my best to look into rabbits, ferrets, or anything fuzzy, however, nothing really fit the bill. Abba said to me, "That's it. We're getting a cat; I've decided." So, that is what Abba did. I found this putty tat (as Abba calls her) on Craigslist and I sent Abba out for her the very next day, of course, there was a bit of negotiating with the lady. Abba wouldn't take "No" for an answer because yeah, I zinged... we will leave it at that. Khloe is half-Manx which means that she is of a hypo-allergenic breed of cat. Plus with her being as young as she was, Abba could build up a tolerance to her. Now, there was just one problem. I really should have taken the trip to pick her up because then she would have probably loved me as much as she does Abba. Our little six-week-old kitten took to him like white on rice. You may find these two going for hikes together, riding in the car, or perusing your local hardware store on his shoulder, attracting attention from all the ladies, lol. If it is not any of those places, then she is nuzzling his beard or curling between his legs. However, when Abba is gone she loves me. I can sneak some cuddles and she enjoys nuzzling my neck. Aside from loving Abba, she helps me during the weekend while he is gone because she helps keep me sane. Plus she keeps the kids active while she tries to escape them and they chase here.
